This is a plant derived natural estrogen (E3) cream for mature women. To be used with a USP progesterone cream such as Restored Balance PMS cream. Estrogen creams are not used every day.

TO USE: Remove overcap. Press white leer lightly to dispense product. If product does not dispense, push up piston inside base. Use 3 to 4 times per week or every other day as needed. Apply 1/4tsp to hairless skin area. Rotate sites to avoid saturation which is the same practice when using progesterone cream. Can be applied vaginally but avoid deep insertion. If using vaginally, use vaginally at bedtime, not before intercourse. 1/4tsp delives .5 mg of Estriol while 1 full pump delivers .10 mg. 1/4tsp is likened to a pea size amount.

CONTAINS: purified water, stearal konium chloride, d-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E), natural glycerin, avocado oil, aloe vera oil, rosemary extract, vitamin A Palmitate, Estriol (from wild yam).
